All levels and ages welcome. We do warm-up, aerobics, strength training, floor exercises,
core exercises with a cool down at the end. We basically
cover every part of the body.
2010 Exercise Class
Pictured above is our exercise group that participated in the annual Walk for Your Heart Run/Walk in Cotter.
We had several from the exercise class do the walk in Russ' memory. We all wore badges with Russ' picture that said,
" We walk for you while you walk with our Lord"
