BUILDING USE AGREEMENT
The FLIPPIN CHRISTIAN CHURCH exists to glorify Jesus Christ, to which end and purpose the facilities in which the church meets are dedicated. No activity or function shall be permitted within the facility which detracts from the name and reputation of the Lord, Jesus Christ, or which violates Biblical principles or practice, as determined by the Eldership of the Flippin Christian Church.
Permission to use the facilities is granted by the minister in consultation with the Elders. ONLY THOSE HAVING A DIRECT RELATIONSHIP WITH A MEMBER OF FLIPPIN CHRISTIAN CHURCH WHO ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY* FOR THE BUILDING USE WILL BE GRANTED PERMISSION TO USE THE FACILITIES. The schedule for church building usage is maintained by the minister.
FEES
A deposit of $100.00 shall reserve the date and schedule the use of church facilities for a one time use. The balance of the following fees should be paid thirty days prior to the event. Fees are made payable to the Flippin Christian Church unless otherwise directed. Check facilities desired.

Groups that desire to meet on a weekly basis in which no members of the congregation are involved in the leadership are subject to a $50.00 monthly fee for use of individual rooms. Such groups are responsible to maintain the facility as they found it. This includes resetting thermostats back to their original settings. A failure to comply WILL result in being charged more to cover utility costs.
* Furnishings in the sanctuary may be moved to specific locations as directed.
* No substances (such as rice or birdseed) should be thrown in a building.
* Items may be placed on the end of pews in a manner that will not cause permanent damage.
* Dyed flower petals are prohibited. These stain the carpet when walked upon.
* Cover carpets under candelabras to prevent wax damage.
* No alcoholic substances or facsimiles (non-alcoholic look-alikes) are permitted.
* No use of tobacco in the buildings or within 50’ of any entrance as stated in Arkansas law.
* Dancing is prohibited.
* No political meetings and/or rallies will be permitted.
* All fundraiser activities/events must have approval of the Church Board.
* It shall be the responsibility of the party using the facilities to maintain or return the facility to its normal and usual appearance (including the disposing of trash, removal of decorations, returning tables and chairs to original locations, washing utensils, etc.)
I / We, the undersigned, do hereby understand and pledge to honor the terms of this agreement, acknowledging the privilege of Flippin Christian Church to terminate it at any time said terms are not honored. We accept complete responsibility for damage to the property and agree to replace or repair it.
